Equine Therapy

Equine-assisted psychotherapy is a modality of therapy that utilizes horses to help people work through problems in living. There are many models of equine therapy ranging from therapeutic horseback riding to equine assisted psychotherapy. We utilize a non riding model of interactions with horses to help indviduals, families, couples, and groups work through problems, find solutions, grow self-awareness, and find deeper healing.

I founded Evergreen Therapy in 2020 to help provide exceptional mental health services while providing a supportive space for therapists to grow their clinical skills and learn best business practices.
