I am a trained Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist set up to see clients virtually or in-person. With more than 15 years of experience with counseling for relationship issues, trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, and more severe clinical diagnoses including: OCD, Personality-Disorders, Eating Disorders, and other illness, I believe my work is sacred.

## Therapy Supervision & Consulting

$160 / hour

Therapists who are in need of obtaining their supervised hours, Erin Rayburn is here to help. She is available to meet to discuss your caseload, specific client scenario’s, and review your treatment plans. These meetings can be completed virtually or in person.

Whether you’re in need of clinical consulting, structuring your practice, or building a program, Erin Rayburn’s expertise in mental health treatment and strategy can help you grow into the therapist you want to be. ## Equine Therapy

Equine-assisted psychotherapy is a modality of therapy that utilizes horses to help people work through problems in living. There are many models of equine therapy ranging from therapeutic horseback riding to equine assisted psychotherapy. We utilize a non riding model of interactions with horses to help indviduals, families, couples, and groups work through problems, find solutions, grow self-awareness, and find deeper healing.

## Mental Health beyond the chair

Managing my own private practice for the past 12 years has provided me the experience I've needed to launch a new type of private therapy practice. I founded Evergreen Therapy in 2020 to help provide exceptional mental health services while providing a supportive space for therapists to grow their clinical skills and learn best business practices.

Over the past decade, I've learned through rigorous trials and errors how to run a successful practice while building my caseload and establishing a respectable network. Throughout my career, I've met brilliant and passionate therapists, but many of them lack strong business knowledge. Therapists have always been needed, but they do not always get the support they truly need, which is why I’m dedicated to helping other clinicians achieve flexibility, stability, and success.
